• I send out one email every Sunday with all of the Zoom links in the email.
• You can join any livestream classes by returning to the same email and clicking on the appropriate link.
• I usually arrive online 20–30 minutes prior to the start of class to check in, answer any questions, and take requests.

• All classes are on Arizona time, which does not change with daylight savings.
• You can request day-of-recordings of my livestream classes if needed.
• If interested, you can let me know week to week, or be put on a regular schedule to receive recordings.
• You can always make changes. I send them to you the recording link after class from my personal email.
• You have 14 days to view the recordings.
• You will have access to me through livestream classes, email, and scheduled phone chats/texting if you choose.
• Though I’ve taught online since 2020, I still value the deep connection of in-person classes.
• Unlike most online yoga classes, I will be available to you if you have questions, feedback, or need specific support.
If anything is beyond my scope of practice, I will offer a referral to you.
• I have invested in my online studio to offer a pleasing space, good lighting, excellent video, and clear sound.
• I use a large screen TV so I can see students who choose to be on camera during class (note: I am the only one seen on the recordings).
• This gives me a sense of being in the room with you, and I can see if what I am teaching is translating.
• I offer general refinements (not calling anyone by name), and specific guidance to the whole group if I see something that may not be safe.
• My livestream classes are donation-based so they remain accessible regardless of financial situation.
• Your donations support the creation of high-quality online classes, recordings, and an expanding on-demand library.
