Monday
Gentle 4:00PM - 5:30PM
90 minute relaxed-tempo class with a focus on skillful breathing and mindful movement. Floor stretching as well as standing poses are included to improve strength and balance. Appropriate for all-levels.
Tuesday
Gentle Basics 11:30AM - 12:30PM
60 minute relief for your body and mind. A perfect blend of gentle and basics with a mix of floor work and standing poses. Designed to reduce stress, improve body awareness, flexibility and strength. Appropriate for all-levels.
Wednesday
Tune-up & Recover 4:00PM - 5:15PM
75 minute practice. Wind down after a long day with this low and slow recovery class. Floor stretching, somatics, techniques to ease trouble spots in the body, breathing and guided relaxations. Nourishing support for the tissues anytime of the day and a nice practice to prepare for a good night’s sleep. Some seated and tabletop poses may also be included. Appropriate for all-levels.
Thursday
Strengthen & Lengthen 11:00AM - 12:00PM
60 minute class to get your whole body moving. Experience a variety of dynamic movements to bring blood flow, coordination and multi-vector actions to the body. Class also includes linking and aligning yoga poses to improve your mobility, awareness and strength. Stronger class with variations offered. Appropriate for those already physically active.
Friday
Therapeutic Elements 10:15AM - 12:45PM
90 minute mindful practice exploring the full scope of yoga: breath, philosophy, meditation, yoga nidra, joint and spinal health, somatics, fascia, mobility, posture, strength and balance. Gain helpful takeaways to improve comfort in your body and de-stress. Appropriate for all-levels.
