80 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated with a meditation on contentment. Zig zag leg warm ups, posture of expression and an outer hip stretch, sleeping Vishnu series for hips. Table top cat/cow, crawling warm up and balance work. Dolphin and forearm plank, primal movement with a panther walk with blocks. Forward bend into chair pose, lateral standing poses into dog and 3 legged dog. Wall posture sit, monkey jump moves, squat twist, hand and wrist mobility and massage. Supported bridge with legs lifted, wiper twist and knee circles. Savasana.
