80 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated, go through some hand & wrist work and nerve flossing, come to standing using blocks to draw to the midline. Into standing poses, dog pose, lunge and twist series. Then a standing balance practice working with the idea of tipping the scale. We make our way back down to a seated twist and relax into Savasana.
Props: Blocks, blanket, and a comfortable seat set up.
