75 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated with a mudra and meditation. Seated stretches warming up neck, shoulders, spine. Up to standing with chest opener with a belt. Yoga flow with twists, Anjaneyasana, hamstrings, standing poses. Onto belly for backbends and a hip strengthener. Posture of expression, restorative Raminand twist with a side opener. Supported bridge and Savasana.

Props: Blocks, blanket, cushion and a belt.
