60 minute Gentle Basics class. We open up the tissues/fascia of the shoulders and spine with some supine work, seated neck/shoulder stretches. Standing dynamic movements for the whole body and some marching movements into Warrior I variation. Tree pose, triangle pose and wide leg forward bend. Savasana with legs up the wall.
Props: Blocks, belt, set up for a comfortable seat, cushion or blanket and wall/door.
