Three moves to counter/retrain standing with sway into one hip. Squat twist, Warrior II with ice cream swirls to show us the twisting action of our standing poses. Triangle and Side angle pose. Kneeling push ups into sphinx and 2 variations of locust pose. Puppy into cat/cow or dog pose. Supported bridge, wiper twist, circles and Savasana.
