75 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated, neck stretches and twists. Table top cat/cow, tiger, low lunge, twisting lunge, dog. Flow into standing poses and down to our belly for some therapeutic shoulder opening and strengthening spinal back bends. We also get 1/2 moon in there too. Cool down with a side lying rib and shoulder release. Savasana.
