60 minute Gentle Basics class. We stretch the legs, hips and side body. Focus on the tripod foot position that strengthens our neutral home base for our feet. Zig zag leg series to open, twist, stretch buttocks and activate the hip's ability to rotate.
Standing poses take that tripod foot into action. Should rolls added to our Warrior II. Balance ice skater pose. Squat arm circles and twist before we come back down for Savasana.
