Tiny Habits to Improve Posture ~ Gentle Basics

60 minute Gentle Basics class. Today we sprinkle "tiny habits" into our class. These can be done 30 seconds to 60 seconds to take care of our posture throughout the day. Heart opener, pelvic tilts, leg shake, wiper twist, locust pose, Vishnu series on our sides. Cat/cow, tiger pose, dog, pose of the child. Standing mountain at corner edge of walls joining, then we use a belt for a chest opener. Warrior II, Parsvakonasana. Warrior I with Eagle arms. Back to our mats for hamstring stretches. Savasana.
