Clarity note on the instruction of 'put your behind, behind you'. It is intended to create a curve at the wedge where the sacrum (pelvis) meets the lumbar spine (low back). The rest of the lumbar spine is more subtle and lengthened, rather than sway-backed. To balance the movement of buttocks back, anchor the front ribs.
