Table Top Poses + Standing + Balance + Guided Relaxation ~ Functional Focus

Functional Focus We start seated, meditate and work some seated stretches. Into a table top series and lateral stance poses.

Then we work some balancing poses and come back to the floor for zig zag leg poses. Savasana with a guided autogenic relaxation.

Props: Cushion/bolster, blocks and a blanket.
