75 minute Functional Focus class. After our opening meditation, we go into table top for some cat/cow, dog and box lunges.
Then we come up to use the chairs for a good flow with lunges, balance twists, standing poses, dogs, 1/2 moon practice and some garden bird tip overs landing our hands on the chairs. Finish with a heart opener seated on the chair, breath practice and meditation. Option to lie down at the end for Savasana.
