75 minute Tune-up & Recover class. We work with passive shoulder/heart restorative poses in the beginning and then we focus on creating ease and release in the sacrum, psoas and hips. Fascia shimmy shake, sacral clock, rotations, opposite circles, wiper twist, tennis ball massage for glutes, then use them to outline of sacrum. James Knight series for somatic release of psoas, use big looped belt for psoas lengthener, constructive rest for Savasana.
