60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Tennis ball massage for the feet, 'X' series of movements, dynamic warm-ups with flowing arms, yoga flow, set up at the wall for seated meditation. This class has a strong yet feel-good, mellow kind of movement to it. 

Props: tennis ball, blocks, blanket and a set up for a comfortable seated meditation at the end
