90 minute Gentle Yoga class. Poem from Danna Faulds about being whole and weightless. Neck/shoulder/ear massage, floor warm-ups include hamstring stretches and hip warm-ups, wiper twist variations. Table top cat/cow, down dog, kneeling gate into kneeling 1/2 moon. Standing poses and over to the wall for a version of standing 1/2 moon. Back to our seats for alternate nostril breathing into meditation. Then the option to continue of lie down for savasana.
Props: Wall space, belt, and set up for a comfortable seat.
