This 75 minute Tune-up & Recover class is focused on poses that keep the spine and pelvis more stable. Very little rotating/twisting in this class that can be more helpful when back muscles are really sore or S.I. joint pain is present. Head support with extra blanket, massage for neck, ears and jaw. Shoulder rolls and general warm ups. Pelvic tilt series, lower and upper psoas work, wiper twist, hamstrings and hip rotations. Savasana.
