Spinal Waves + Shoulder Strength ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class. Today we begin with tennis ball massage at the wall for the spine. Then use a blanket for an active chest opener. We go through some varying angles of stretching the back muscles. Make sure the rounded back stretches feel good to your spine. These are inspired by a chiropractor teaching active stretch moves to remodel fascia and posture.
