Sphere of Light + Fluid Movements + Warriors + Sun Salutation ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

65 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. We work with intention while we center ourselves in Mountain pose. Build some energy in our hands and move that energy (sphere of light) into some warm-ups. Continue fluid movements for hips shoulders and spine into some balance work and leg/core strength. Then a Warrior I into Warrior III series. Sun salutation (Heidi version) and a twisted Uttanasana. Return to the sphere of light and Savasana.

Props: Blocks, blanket and wall or counter for stability on a quad stretch
