Begin with detoxification mudra, breathe and center, multiple angles of wake up stretch, bound angle with shoulder circles, warm up circles, wiper twist with arm variations, sacral clock, happy baby, somatic move for the lats, side lying somatics (trauma rebalancing move and IT band release), hamstring stretches and leg circles. Finish with constructive rest with block and belt for Savasana.
