75 minute Tune-up & Recover class. In this class we go through a series I learned from Thomas Hanna Clinical Somatics teacher Martha Peterson. I'm excited to be taking a 7 week series with her. Somatics teaches a technique called pandiculation. Pandiculation is way of turning on the brain to pay attention to stress and tension patterns in our bodies, and then using particular contractions with slow releases to re-create a healthy pattern.
