Slow to Fast Movement ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Shift from slow tai chi like movement into faster dynamic movement (at your pace). Some good flow yoga poses and top out at a down dog (scorpion) variation. Lots of posture additions with rooting down feet, front ribs and shoulders while ramping up the base of the skull.

Props: Blocks, blanket and begin seated.
