Slide and glide > supported leg out to the side into twist > then bent knee on bolster, arm floss, shoulder rolls > Bolster between legs, sweeping chest opener, somatic trauma reflex move. Sleeping Vishnu series, circles, leg stretch, quad stretch, long side stretch.
