Shoulders/Twists + Dynamic Poses + Half Moon ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus Class. Open up shoulders while seated, zig zag legs somatic twist. Standing dynamic work and then into a yoga flow. Half moon with hands on a counter or chair. Back to the floor for hamstring stretches and cool down poses. 

Props: Blocks, belt, comfortable seat and a countertop or wall space.
