96 minute Therapeutic Elements class. I share some workshop education from Richard Miller on why sensation based meditations are so helpful for us and our brains. We do a couple of experiential meditations based on this work, unique moves on our side with top leg extended and supported with a block. Seated for thorough shoulder stretches. Come to standing for a few poses. Finish with a somatic move folding the "X".
