75 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated meditation with a mudra. Seated warm ups: twist, nerve flossing for the arms/neck. Seated eye of the needle hip stretch. Table top cat/cow, dolphin, dog, anjaneyasana into twist, into plank. Come to standing and go through a series of poses with the chair. Forward bend series, lunges, 1/2 moon poses, balancing work, warrior III and side angle. Seated on the chair for squat twist and supported backbend. Then we lie down, shake out the limbs, circle the knees into Savasana.
