75 minute Functional Focus class.

Seated meditation and shoulder stretches. Cat/cow, tiger stretch, dolphin, lunges, Anjaneyasana, dog, balancing lunge, standing poses, mountain at the convex corner of a wall. Wall push-ups. Dynamic movement with "karate punches" and a Warrior III with the hands supporting the front leg. Shoulder reset with belt. Lie down for a stretch and shake out. Savasana.

Props: Belt, blocks, blanket, wall and a comfortable seat set up
