98 minute Therapeutic Elements class. Begin seated for stretches and mobilizers, cat/cow, dog, standing poses and balance work. Then over to the wall for push-ups and a side plank strengthener, shake it out and head down for a comfy camp yoga nidra.
This class runs long. I guide you through an autumn inspired Yoga Nidra. It's a full length one at 44 minutes. Lots of good work with something called emotional freedom technique, some good sinus/vagus nerve work with bumble bee breath and different visualizations to strengthen our wise witness and handle polarity.
