This one begins with constructive rest and then goes through Donna Farhi's sacral reset. Somatic pulley, hamstring stretches with shoulder opener and hip rotations. Anjanesyasana and kneeling gate pose. Sphinx and locust pose. Savasana we return to constructive rest with calves up on a chair/couch.
