64 minute Gentle Basics class. Focus on relaxing into center points within our body and carry this relaxed and present state into the poses. Begin with a chest opener. Supine warm ups into seated stretches and postural head positioning. Standing dynamic warm ups, Warrior I, Side Angle pose into dog. Back to the mat for a hamstring stretch and Savasana.
Props: Today we use a belt, extra blanket and set up for a comfy seat (maybe blocks and cushion)
