60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen Class.

Class begins with Qigong immune boosting series. Dynamic warm ups, squat twists and crescent poses. Yoga flow with lunges, anjaneyasana, fire hydrant dog, cat/cow, Parsvakonasana, Triangle, wide leg forward fold, side stretch puppy, traction stretch, Savasana.
