Psoas Floor Work + Slow Flow with Muscle Engagement + Constructive Rest ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class. We begin supine for some hip/psoas openers. Cat/cow, dog, side puppy, lunge into 1/2 splits flow, anjaneyasana, dolphin, plank into backbends, shoulder rolls, twisted cat, constructive rest, S.I. joint reset, wiper twist.

Props: Blocks, blanket and belt.
