60 minute Gentle Basics class.
We begin prone on our cushions for a couple restorative poses. Into cat/cow, dog, low lunge > twist, kneeling gate pose, then into standing poses with specific alignment cues, and the seaweed mountain. Lie down to stretch hamstrings and work the hips and legs. Finish with a 5 minute relaxation releasing into gravity.
