80 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated with jet pack for shoulders, mudra, humming. We wake up the hips, knees and ankles with some seated floor work. Table top primal moves followed by a standing pose series, balancing Shiva. Onto the floor for a hip/glute stretch and twist. Savasana.
