Primal Moves + Practice Getting Up & Down + Somatic Slide & Glide~ Functional Focus

80 minute Functional Focus class. Begin with legs up the wall, then move into some primal warm ups for contralateral education. Cat/Cow, Dog, Lunges, hamstrings, practice getting up and back down from the floor, standing poses and 3 legged dog. We close with a slide and glide movement for a therapeutic/somatic finish of contralateral movement. Savasana.
