60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen Class.
We begin with shoulder jet pack and foot massage, then to the wall with our blocks for bean sprout>buttock and knee work> hip listing (practice for stairs!). Twisting squat, eagle/chair hybrid, tree pose, yoga flow > lunge glides and frog leg, twisting lunge>hams>Anjaneyasana>low lunge twist. Dog, plank work, Vasisthasana variation into 1/2 Moon leg lifts, side stretch, tiger stretch into skydiving frog balance, shake the tree. Lie down for somatic pulley. Savasanaaah!
