Postural Resets + Hip & Knee Strengthening ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class begin lying down with some stretching and working some postural resets. Table top work for core, hip flexor and spinal strength. Standing poses focus on knee and hip strengtheners. Cool down with wide leg forward bend and squat twist. Savasana with an open monitoring meditation gaze.
