Table top cat/cow, mula bandha (gentle kegel) work with different angles of pelvis, Anjaneyasana, tail wag and circles, dog pose, squat twist. Chair- Parsvottanasana > variation twisted Triangle >Belt loop hip stretch with chair, mountain pose and walk about, restorative version of wide leg forward bend with chair and cushion. Back to the floor for wiper twist with pulley action. Shake/circles and Savasana!
