Begin with constructive rest and 'apana' mudra. Side, front and back body pandiculations, soma check in, opposite circles, rotate, shake, wiper twist with added pandiculation, circles. Come up to zig zag legs for a quad stretch. Mindful cat/cow balasana.
Anjaneyasana with a interesting chest opener > low lunge twist. Dog pose. Finish with a simplified version of somatic Steeple pose.
Savasana with mudra if you choose.
