Neuromuscular Training for Shoulders + I.T. Band Somatics ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class we begin seated, explore some neuromuscular training moves to improve range of motion in our shoulders. Then we continue on into some of our functional yoga poses. End with some somatic work for I.T. bands/external rotators/sciatic nerve.

Props: Comfortable seat, 2 tennis balls, blocks, blanket
