Neck/Shoulders + Strengthen Hamstrings ~ Functional Focus

80 minute Functional Focus class we begin seated with the jet pack shoulder opener, mudra, breathe and center, shoulder stretches. Table top cat/cow, dolphin, tiger stretch. Lunge series. We use our blocks to flow through some standing poses, Warrior III variation activating the hamstring/buttock and keeping the head aligned. Finish with some neck massage and a slide and glide somatic move. Savasana.

Props: blocks, belt, possible extra towel/blanket and a comfortable seat
