60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class begins by taking you through the details of mountain pose. Warm up neck and shoulders. Then we cover the process of finding a balance of muscular and organic energy. That concentrated work goes with us through the rest of the practice. A little yoga flow into fire hydrant dog, kneeling gate and kneeling 1/2 moon. For Savasana, a guided relaxation allows you space to integrate the deeper work of this practice.
