Muscle Memory for Head Position ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Today we work on encouraging the muscle memory, strength and position of our heads throughout the practice. The head's position has a direct link to the tissues all the way down the torso and hence into the legs. Make sure your neck feels safe and comfortable throughout the isometric actions.
