Yoga flow of crescent moons, forward folds, gliding lunges > half splits > Warrior II > triumphant Warrior > Triangle with the willow branch arm. Into Down Dog > one leg up. Twisting lunge. Cat/cow, Sphinx and Locust pose. Twisted cat. Savasana.
