80 minute Functional Focus class. Begin lying down. Massage/stretch. Preparing our body for more bounce/rebound style plyometric movement. Great for fascia remodeling and retaining elastic response in our tissues. I add a lot of conscious caution to these because they need to be approached wisely. Please take it down a notch when needed.
