This class takes you through some unique standing warm-ups with a couple Qigong moves for the lungs. Next, table top for cat/cow, tiger hip moves, dog, kneeling lunge with practice on how to twist the spine, fire hydrant dog and variation of vasisthasana (side arm balance). Then we come to stand and use a chair for some full lunge and 1/2 splits moves, Warrior II, and practice 1/2 moon.
