We work with some fascia hydration and massage along the spine. Stretches for hips and twists. Then we come to our belly for a frog stretch (inner thigh) and quad stretch. Onto our sides for some hip mobilization and more quads with variations of sleeping Vishnu. Posture of expression, an outer buttock stretch and raminand twist. Savasana.
Props: Dish towel rolled up and secured with a rubber band, 2 tennis balls, open lengthwise blanket and cushion if you like it under the knees.
