75 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated for a mudra, reading and a loving-kindness meditation. Sensory PT action for the upper body. Table top poses, cat/cow, dog, tiger balance, dolphin into kneeling plank, Sphinx pose, dog into plank, side stretch, core strengthening table top move, lunge > twisting lunge, 1/2 splits, Warrior II variations, Side Angle pose, plank into rotating Sphinx variation. Nerve flossing practice. Tennis ball massage for upper back at the wall. Clamshell twist, shake it out, circles. Savasana (final relaxation).
