75 minute Functional Focus class. Begin seated with a reflection meditation. Continue into seated stretches incorporating a belt. Table top poses, dog, low lunges, anjaneyasana, 1/2 splits, one leg up dog, planks into sphinx and somatic locust pose. Forearm plank into dolphin. One arm 3 legged dog. Squat twist. Warrior II into triumphant warrior into triangle. Panther walk to other side. Legs up the wall with a quick functional hip move. Savasana.
Props: Blocks, blanket, comfortable seat, belt and wall for legs up at the end.
