This 60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class starts out with seated meditation and heart mudra, then zig zag legs warm ups, table top, dog, and then we come up for crescent pose, nerve flossing, speed skate and go through a good strengthening flow. Lie down rotate and shake it out, cold maker breath practice. Savasana.
